Whether we Walk & Talk, <\/b>meet in my Consultation Room<\/b> or via Zoom, <\/b>children and parents are made to feel very welcome, comfortable and at ease. I work from my home in Hampshire where I live with my 2 boys and husband.<\/p>

For new clients, I offer a complimentary 30-minute chat<\/strong> to ask any questions and discuss your needs and how I can help. Initially I recommend 3 sessions, however if you would prefer to go at a different pace, that is fine too. My sessions combine coaching and therapy and last around an hour, except the first one which tends to be a little longer.<\/p>

In our time together, I teach simple NLP<\/b> tools and techniques that can be taken away and used whenever needed. \u00a0We explore different perspectives and unlock language and thought patterns, focussing on self confidence and self compassion.\u00a0<\/p>

As we progress together, you will gain knowledge and understanding of how your mind works and feel better from the inside out. I am also trained in Hypnotherapy<\/strong> which can be very useful for deeper or longer standing issues which may require a gentler approach.<\/p>

We also explore feelings, emotions and thoughts and how they affect you.\u00a0 If they hold a negative pull, we can release this, which then frees you up to feel lighter, brighter and more relaxed. I can use TimeLine Therapy<\/b> which is a content-free experience (ie you don\u2019t have to share details of the trauma itself) and a powerful way to explore your unconscious mind. It is a technique used to remove negatively charged emotions from past experiences that might be holding you back.<\/p>

I am not here to \u201cfix\u201d anyone as I believe, everyone has it in them, to do it themselves. However sometimes, we all need a little help to get there. I use Clean Language<\/strong> to ask curious questions which allows everyone to feel truly heard from own their perspective.<\/p>
